• The CorPak is a hot pack and cold ice pack, all in one convenient package!
• Store in the freezer for cold therapy and it remain soft and flexible for treatment (must be placed in freezer for a minimum of 1 hour).
• CorPaks can also be warmed in microwave for heat therapy.
• Can be used for up to 20 minutes.
• Latex free

Heating Instructions:

• First, heat in microwave for 30 seconds
• Continue heating for 10 seconds at a time until desired temperature has been reached
• Knead after each heating.
